About Me

Hi there, I'm Orlando J. Hernandez, Jr. and welcome to my little corner of the internet!

I have over ten years of experience in a myriad of industries such as international tax, higher education administration, marketing, business development, and information technology.

Prior to law school, I was a Senior Resident Director at the University of Southern Maine where I oversaw a staff of eight and a building with 200+ residential students where I was responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and educational community both inside and outside the classroom. Through my work ethic, passion for supporting students, and diverse skill sets, I was able to embrace our service promise of being Student Focused Every Day.

I'm a proud alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) where I earned my B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society (RPI), M.S. in Technology Commercialization and Entrepreneurship (RPI), and J.D. (UHLC).

I love to learn by doing and often work on several projects in my free time.
